#div-gpt-ad-1503996040247-0 > div { margin: auto; display: block !important; }對此，教育部技職司副司長謝淑貞表示，目前沒有接到校方有任何停辦的消息。即便學校要停辦或停招科系，依照規定，也必須讓舊生在原校就讀畢業，除非學生本身有意願轉學，才會透過轉學機制處理。謝淑貞強調，一切以維護學生就學權益為最大考量，目前教育部沒有接到學生的陳情反映，但對於高教工會提出的質疑，包括併班上課、停聘教師等情況，會持續去查。謝淑貞表示，亞太學院董事會的改選是依照合法程序，先前承諾的捐資新台幣1億5000萬元也有到位，目前沒有違反私校法的規定。不過教育部希望董事會持續捐資，解決校務經營方面的問題，並會有專案輔導專家定期訪視，查核教學品質。對於高教工會質疑亞太董事會故意把學校辦倒、牟取校產，謝淑貞表示，私校法人處理學校資產，必須符合公共性考量，如果學校面臨退場，教育部會持續監督學校資產維持在公益使用上。目前正在制訂的大專轉型退場機制，也特別著重這塊。【相關閱讀】? 亞太技術學院三分之一教師離職？校方：改革陣痛?
